Check-in is available from 2pm - 10pm.

Check-out is by 10:30am  (Early check in or late check out is subject to availability and incurs an extra charge.)

A breakfast hamper is available when prebooked @ $15 per person.

Weekends are a minimum 2 night booking, 1 night bookings are available 6 days in advance.

Heated Spa (Jacuzzi) $25 per hour.  Spa and Sauna $40 for 1.5 hours.   Sauna $20 per hour.

Spa/sauna session booking times are from 2pm to 8pm, available only when booked the day before to allow for heating time. The sauna is a 3 person infrared sauna, the spa 4 - 5 people.  The spa and sauna are located in a private hut accessed via the swimming pool.  The sauna and spa are not recommended for children.

Swimming pool, sauna, spa closes at 10pm.

Please bring your own swimming towels, extra towels are available at an extra charge.

The cottages are not serviced during your stay.  On longer term stays, the cottages are serviced once a week.

Cancellation policy:

In the case of any changes to nights booked or cancellation,  the minimum first night charge will be forfeited.

If no notice of cancellation is given or cancellation is within 24 hours notice, the full amount of the booking will be charged.

If 14 days or more notice is given, the booking may be transferred to a future date.

Breakages or damage to property is to brought to our attention before departure. Guests will be charged for replacement or repair costs.
